Autoresponders An autoresponder is a program that automatically replies to a request for information with a predetermined response. They are very useful as they can save you a lot of time and trouble if you find you are frequently asked for details of brochures, price lists, directions etc.

There are two ways of requesting the information, either by sending an e-mail to a specific address or from a link on your web site. e.g. To request a copy of the introduction to this page either: send a blank e-mail to demoresponder@jensys.net or, enter your e-mail address in the box below and click on the button You should get a response almost immediately. You will obviously need to change the contents of the message(s) from time to time and to make this as easy as possible for you we have developed an administrator's program that allows you to update them from your browser.
